Retail

Working at shopping centres, regardless of their size, requires a respectful approach towards retail tenants and the public. All works must be coordinated around trading times and take into account exceptional periods such as sales and the Christmas lead-in. We understand the importance of distinguishing between front-of-house (FoH) and back-of-house (BoH) operations, and we ensure that any works are segregated from FoH activities. Additionally, BoH logistics areas are often tight and busy, so prior arrangements for parking, deliveries, and storage need to be carefully pre-planned.
